KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Customer Package

1. As the SPOC contact window with all customers related to package issues.

2. Review all customers packaging proposal, also design and validate packaging specification or materials for finished goods according to customers’ requirement.

3. Participates in products developing Process, design and validate packaging for new project and support new project flawless launch under budget and timetable.

4. Define packaging work instruction, label, maintain BOM, etc.

5. Maintain package information database of all customers.

Supplier Package

1. As the SPOC contact window with all suppliers related to package issues.

2. Review and approval all suppliers packaging proposal, Participates in products developing Process, validate packaging for new project and support new project flawless launch under budget and timetable.

3. Maintain package information database of all suppliers.

4. Continuously optimize suppliers package to meet the requirements of warehouse, milk run and line feeding etc.

5. Push suppliers to carry out returnable package in order to meet green supply chain goal and direct feeding production line.

Lean packing for internal logistic

1. As the SPOC contact window with all internal function related to package issues.

2. Review and define internal packaging work instruction, label, maintain BOM, etc.

3. Maintain PFEP data base and updated regularly.

4. Package Standardization and Package P-FEMA design.

5. Define packaging specification/material for internal goods transportation and storage.

6. Convert lean packaging concept into internal logistic and milk run and packing cost control.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. At least 5 years works experience in packing design and improvement, automobile manufacturing plant experience or logistics experience is plus.

2. Rich knowledge of package material, packing design criteria, packing attribution relevant knowledge and packing & transportation relevant knowledge.

3. Prefer perfect PC skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and Access.

4. Good communication, coordination and teamwork skill, good ability of analysis and solve problem.
5. Expect outstanding communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal.

6. Familiar with Ford/GM/Volvo package and labeling requirements.

EDUCATION

1. Bachelor degree or above of packaging or mechanical engineer and other related major.

2. Design software Auto CAD is a must, notion of Pro E can provide advantage.

3. Rich experience in automotive components area is highly preferred.
