职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates hiring process implementation including requisition, JD development, interview arrangement etc.
2. Handles new employee onboarding process
3. Manages training process including training needs collection and analysis, training plan development, training evaluation etc.
4. Coordinates performance management, provides necessary support
5. Coordinates payroll arrangement, incentive calculation and payout, merit increase
6. Executes employee benefits program as needed
7. Maintains employee personal file, keeps online HR systems up to date (SAP, E-leave etc.)
8. Supports HR Manager to develop employee related budget
9. Handles employee termination process
10. Deals with employee relationship case, helps on employee communication activities like all hands meeting etc.
Education and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and above.5 year and above overall human resources working experiences, candidates with clinical laboratory and R&D HR working experiences would be preferred
2. Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations
3. Good command of English skills both in written and oral
4. Excellent skills of communication and coordination
5. Honest, open mind, be fair

1. 协调人员招聘流程的执行,包括:协助用人部门确定岗位职责及任职资格,负责或协调职位发布,面试安排,录用通知等;
2. 安排和实施新员工入职流程;
3. 组织和协调各部门《职位说明书》的编写和定期审核、更新;
4. 搜集和整理各部门培训需求,协助制定年度培训计划;
5. 监督培训实施的情况,定期统计整理培训记录,组织协调必要的培训效果评估;
6. 组织年度绩效评估,为各部门提供必要的支持;
7. 协助各部门及薪酬福利团队完成奖金计算发放、年度调薪、员工福利项目操作和实施等工作;
8. 建立和保管人员记录和档案,及时维护更新员工信息管理系统(SAP, E-Leave等);
9. 协助人力资源经理制定人力资源预算,包括:招聘、薪酬福利、培训等;
10. 负责员工离职手续的处理;负责日常员工沟通及员工关系处理。
教育及工作要求:
1. 大学本科以上学历,5年以上全职能人力资源工作经验,有医疗行业研发团队或医学检验所人力资源管理经验者优先考虑
2. 熟悉国家和地方劳动人事相关法律法规
3. 具备流利的英语书面及口头沟通能力
4. 良好的人际沟通能力及组织协调能力
