Position Responsibilities岗位职责:
? 负责日常设备的操作运行维护
? 监视被控设备运行情况，出现故障及时处理
? 负责工厂设施、设备的维护保养及故障处理，降低因设施、设备问题对生产造成的影响。
? 根据相关法规和公司文件的要求,参与设备日常管理；
? 参与日常的设备巡检和记录工作；
? 负责产品抽干和冻干作业；
? 协助设备主管对工厂的关键设备和主要设备进行验证和再验证；
? 协助对新设备入厂的验收、调试、安装，以及后期对操作人员进行使用维护方面的培训；
? 负责对供应商或承包商现场维修作业的监督，确保维修工作的安全有效。
? 其他指定工作或任务。
Education & Experience Required岗位要求:
? 具有良好的机械及电气基础知识，了解PLC控制。
? 能看懂电气图纸，熟悉各元器件所在位置、功能及动作效果
? 了解中央空调及空调机组主要结构及性能，了解洁净房的日常管理
? 5年以上设备维修经验，有生物制药或相关行业背景。
? 善于团队合作，能够承担责任，具有主动学习的能力。
? 具备较强的工作责任心 ，能吃苦耐劳，年龄40岁以下
? 中专以上学历，制药机械或机电一体化等相关专业，具备维修电工证、高压电工证
