Objective
To construct and guarantee the availability of an adapted range of outdoor products (Furniture /Leisure /Swimming pools /Gardening) and offers in his category of products within the EGT group commercial strategy.

Missions
1.To define in relation with our customers / suppliers / partners’ needs and requirements a range of items in his category.
2.To develop a close partnership with our suppliers.
3.To supervise the design of the different products of the range and define the best relation price / product thanks to value analysis.
4.To guarantee the adequate sourcing.
5.To supervise the follow up of customers orders within the merchandising processes of the company.
6.To participate in the different customers’ showrooms or customers missions.
7.To guarantee with the BU Director the objective of contribution of the business unit.
8.Visit Trade shows with Merchandisers when is needed.
9.Carry out any other relevant task.

Profile
1. It is necessary to have successful significant international experiences in the related business as Product and Sourcing Manager.
2. Knowledge of Chinese supply markets is mandatory.
3. University graduated with technical and / or commercial background.
4. English is compulsory, French or Spanish is highly appreciated.
5. Sense of adaptability, creativity and autonomy, team and details oriented.

工作职责：
1）负责客人，供应商及相关的合作商的联系与接洽。
2）负责新客人的开发。
3）负责与供应商建立并保持良好的关系。
4）负责新订单的新供应商开发，保证有充足的供货市场。


岗位要求：
1）具有相关领域工作5年以上工作经验，Product Manager 1-2年工作经验
2）性别不限，男性佳。
3）能适应出差。
4）英语能说能写，办公环境基本以英语为主。
5）有户外产品：户外家具，户外大型玩具（蹦床，滑梯，秋千），户外游泳池周边产品，园艺类产品等业务工作经验者优先考虑。


福利：
1）面议（14薪）。
2）满一年年休假12天。
3）公司社保及公积金，个人部分也由公司代缴。
4）上班时间9:00-18:00
5）双休，公休假参照国务院的统一规定。
