? Perform factory audits
? Generate audit reports
? Train supplier personnel regarding different aspects necessary to fulfill and pass social and quality audits
? Visit suppliers
? Prepare suppliers for customer visits and audits
? Review supplier quality control documentation
? Review supplier social documentation
? Review supplier systems and processes
? Coordinate logistics for and during customer visit and or audits
? Identify issues at suppliers that could affect the audit outcome
? Oversee GMP implementation at suppliers
? Assists suppliers in filling out customer pre-audit questionnaires
? Provide customer with information and documentation necessary for the visit / audit
? Accompany customer during visit / audit
? Arrange transportation and accommodation if requested by the customer
? Train AA back up auditor
? Address issues found during customer audits / visits
? Relay supplier status to headquarter before and after customer audit
? Ensure supplier facility is presentable during customer visits
