Main Responsibilities:
主要职责
1. Communicate with client, manufacturer and inspector, make daily inspection arrangement.
1. 与客户，工厂，检验员沟通，进行日常检验任务安排。
2. Daily review inspection report before sending to client，and record mistakes no. in report.
2. 报告发给客户之前，进行日常报告审核。
3. Communicate with inspector to clarifying issues found in inspection report.
3. 与检验员沟通澄清在报告中发现的问题，并记录检验员的错误数。
4. Open and close project in system and issue invoice to customer if client need.
4. 在系统中开案和结案，并在需要的情况下开具发票给客户。
5. Communicate with client about payment.
5. 与客户沟通付款的问题，并催款。
6. Help to fill in and verify kinds of payment application.
6. 协助填写付款申请。
7. Daily archive and maintain e-version inspection report and related inspection information.
7. 日常规整存档电子版本的检验报告和验货信息。
8. Do some other jobs arranged by department manager.
8. 部门其它方面的工作。


Main Requirements:
职位要求：
1. College or above, science and engineering background are preferred.
1. 大专以上学历，理工科背景优先。
2. Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2. 较好人际沟通能力，擅长口头及书面沟通。
3. Strongly on English speaking and writing.
3. 英语听说及书写流畅。
4. Be good at computer office software.
4. 熟悉计算机办公软件的使用。
5. Working aggressively and willing to OT.
5. 工作积极，能够加班
