Job Description/Responsibilities:

For its operation in China, our client is seeking an outstanding profile to join the company as a Quality & Process Engineer. The successful candidate will be working closely with the local manufacturing partner to achieve the group’s renowned guarantee of quality, not only in the final product but all along the production line.

Responsibilities:
- Working together with the manufacturing’s partner production team to ensure following an appropiate production process
- Provide quality control leadership through the entire project lifecycle-- from production to final product
- Ensure achievement of quality standards according to product specifications sheets
- Detect, inform the company about any anormalities or deviations on raw materials or production process
- Leading implementation on corrective actions and best practices for improvements in the line

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Majors in metallurgic, polymers/ coatings or similar are preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in mechanical / chemical coating processing industry or related. Knowledge in Food Processing Industry is a plus
- Solid working knowledge of multiple coating technologies and their application, preferable for use in food industry
- Strong project management skills applied to supply chain quality control
- Self – directed, team player, quick learner and able to drive and deliver results
- Fluency in Chinese and English (written/reading/spoken); French is a plus
