Job Description:

? Provide financial team leadership to allow the Company to strive for performance excellence through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.
? Integrate Finance functional expertise within the company and coordinate cross-functional activities with the finance team.
? Ensure that all transactions are accounted for in accordance with PRC GAAP and Company policies.
? The position encompasses all aspects of financial accounting, planning and reporting matters.
? To formulate financial and accounting strategies, and ensure compliance with business plans and budgets.
? To work with senior management to achieve business and financial objectives, and drive future expansionary plans.
? Enhancement of internal control and implementing cost control measures as well as monitoring of delegated internal projects will also be a part of the scope of engagement.
? Develop & Train a capable and stable Finance workforce.
? Lead all financial input related to business development process.
? Responsible for the management of the day-to-day office general administration.
? Responsible for maintaining current Government Grants and Tax Incentives and to develop and obtain new ones.

Background:

- B.S. degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- The ideal candidate will be CPA/ACCA qualified with at least 10 years of experience with multinational corporations.
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is required
- Experience desirable in obtaining and maintaining Government Grants and Tax incentives like Free Trade Zone High Tech Status, R&D super deductions, local government subsidies, etc
- Fluency in English is very important
- Good at Microsoft office and QAD system
- Previous exposure to manufacturing environment is essential
- Mandarin combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
