Logistics:
Overall manage warehouse operation, including inbound process, outbound process and return process at warehouse side, ensure warehouse to have quick response on physical processing.
Maintain the regular stocktake to ensure the inventory accuracy
Assist Supply Chain Manager to optimize the warehouse process, especially for return process and rework process, to ensure any graded inventory to be credited or repacked timely.
Close monitor logistics vendor performance, especially for warehouse operation, regular review the performance and work out the improvement plan together with vendors, verify the KPI report provided by vendors.
Assist Supply Chain Manager to verify the monthly billing from logistics vendors
Closely work together with Demand flow and warehouse vendor to have maximum space usage.
Regularly dispose the damaged inventory with Finance and Service Team.
Smooth communication with other department to solve the logistics issues asap.
Import:
Verify the importing document from oversea factories and pass effective documents to broker asap for customs clearance.
Closely monitor the progress of customs clearance at Shanghai port and Shenzhen port, timely update the shipment tracking sheet.
Regularly review the performance by brokers
Maintain good relationship with China Customs and CIQ
Assist Supply Chain Manager to verify the agent fee and other import cost submit by broker
