Responsibility and task description:
- To work in a sourcing team, dedicated to build a world class supply chain.
- To launch and drive benchmarks and RFQ’s in different commodity groups,

mainly in electronics and mechatronics
- To identify sole and single sourced component usage which jeopardizes

continuity of supply and develop solutions to reduce risks
- To negotiate pricing & contracts, supplier inventory arrangements and

lead-times to support customer responsiveness and manufacturing flexibility
- To support general business needs on supply or supplier issues
- To manage supplier performance, ratings, forecasting and reviews
- To provide lowest total landed cost comparisons to manufacturing locations
- To launch and drive projects to identify, select, compare and qualify suppliers

for different commodity groups, to achieve a superior supply chain

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Business, Purchasing,Material Management, or equivalent
- Must master writing / reading in English.
- 3-5 years experiences in sourcing or procurement(experience in electronics or a high-tech manufacturing is a plus)
- Knowledge of and experience in OEM and distribution channels of supply
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interface effectively with employees

at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of purchasing and contracting
- Strategic planning and methodology on a global scale
- Knowledge of supply chain planning / purchasing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- High standard of professional ethics
