1. Responsibility:
- Technical responsibility for released products for China manufacturing location.
- Research new components on the market; compile cost data and evaluate for performance.
- Provide internal failure analysis and closed-loop corrective action for in-house failures.
- Responsible for expeditiously resolving all technical issues associated with manufacturing,

documentation, design (In-process & in the field), reliability, safety and cost reduction.
- Identify all systematic sources of technical defects and deficiencies, measure their frequency,

and apply all efforts to the reduction and elimination of the sources of such defects.
- Responsible for calling upon any and all resources to resolve critical technical issues.
- Write technical documents that accurately describe feature/designs

2. Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Power Electronics or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years experience at Switching Power Supply (SPS) design or Sustaining
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles and basic manufacturing engineering techniques.
- Good problem solving skills for various power circuit debugging and analysis, troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety agency issues and standards.
- Ability to check documentation, read and verifies specifications, and writes technical material/ instructions.
- Understand material research, sourcing, and procurement techniques.
- Computer-literate using PC (Word and spreadsheet applications; Filemaker Pro a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to interface effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must master writing / reading in English.
- Works under pressure, meet frequent deadlines
- Professional ethics
