工作职责：

1. 根据市场策略放舱并录入系统。追踪每日订舱数据并及时更新系统。
2. 协助市场销售部管理舱位，并定期报告订舱数据给船东。
3. 处理来自客户、海外代理、和船东的咨询。
4. 协助销售部跟踪海外代理发送的销售线索。
5. 积极有效地维护公司分配给客服部门的指定货客户（包括CRC）。
6. 追踪箱子动态、积极处理滞港货柜。
7. 处理客户咨询及客户投诉。
8. 协调操作部门为客户提供加载和箱子分配的服务。

要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，物流、国际航运管理专业优先。
2. 两年以上船公司或货代工作经验。
3. 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。
4. 良好的团队合作精神,具有积极主动、耐心细致、行动迅速的个人品质。
5. 良好的口头及英文书写技能。
6. 熟练使用办公软件。
