Job Responsibility:
-Customer interface throughout product development, support, follow and fulfill customer expectation from both, objective and subjective.
-Support customer matching/car building, record issues, feedback to engineer with solutions
-Involve customer testing, reviews, understand customer expectation and provide quick actions
-As contact window between DRE to HW&SW engineer , investigate issues in customer sites, complete vehicle integrate testing and drive issues to closure;
-Support customer DRE on engineering related tasks during the product development stage as well as field returns or warranty returns
-Chair regular meeting between TRW and customers, push both side close open items in time
-Be able to finish some specific design task including concept designs and detailed designs(schematics design, DFMEA, support layout and prototyping);
-Support Sales Team to do technical communication with customer, be able to provide technical proposal with support from design engineers, drive customer using TRW product.
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by department manager

Minimum Qualification Required:
-At College Degree, 5 years electronics/electric experience, 3-5 years experience in automotive electronics related design or integration;
-Very good Chinese communication skills, good skill in reading and writing in English, be able to speak English;
-Clear thinking and quick learner;
-Excellent knowledge about automotive related electronics products e.g. switches;
-Familiar with common vehicle network protocol e.g. CAN, LIN, familiar with EMC, circuit simulation, DFMEA;
-Logic thinking, strong ability to trouble shooting
-Willing to travel to our global TRW BCS facilities and OEM’s in China and global;
-Experience in Six-sigma and Reliability is a plus;
-Familiar with embedded system software design is a plus
-Fully familiar with simulation tools such as Vector CANoe is a plus
-Fully familiar with international OEM’s Asia is a plus;
-Familiar with schematic design using DxDesigner(Mentro Graphic) is a plus
