Key Responsibilities:
Manages training delivery operations within an assigned geographic region to ensures that the delivery of training curriculum is cost effective, consistent, efficient, and meets or exceeds customer expectations
Applys systemic processes and technologies to maximize the learning experience with a focus on delivery of training curriculums to meet employee performance and development needs within an assigned geographic region
Ensures the evaluation and reporting on the change brought about by the delivery of training curriculums through Area key performance indicators; based on results, making adjustments to address and correct shortfalls
Leads a team to:
– Customize Area delivery plans, as needed, for region and country roll- out.
– Implement global courses within region.
– Develop delivery plans for unique courses within region.
– Develop annual training schedules and monitoring/adjusting it throughout the year.
– Manage and implement marketing and communications plans.
Manages customization and translation activities within region
Analyzes emerging work and align solutions with existing core/critical content
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree required. Major in Business, Instructional Design, or Education preferred
5-10 years in training delivery operations required.
Experience leading virtual teams preferred.
Some global training experience preferred; global mindset required.
Financial and vendor management experience required.
Fluent English in both written and oral
