主要职责
Principal Accountabilities

1.公共设施维修和保养
Repair and maintain utilities

？负责公司公共设施（电力系统，水处理系统，空压机系统，空调系统，电梯，行车，消防设施，锅炉等设备）的维护和日常运行管理，保证其可满足公司正常生产运转的需要。
Be responsible for the maintenance and daily running management of company utilities (including: power, cooling water, air compressor, air-conditioning system, elevator, crane, fire-fighting facilities, boiler, piping system out of building)， to ensure their meeting the needs of company normal production operation.

？负责公司叉车，电梯，行车，锅炉，压力容器，压力管道等特种设备及安全附件的年度报检。
Be responsible for government yearly inspection of company special equipment (including: forklift, elevator, crane, boiler, pressure vessel, pressure pipeline)

？负责编制和维护公司公共设施的操作规程，作业指导书和管理制度。
Be responsible for preparing and maintaining the WI, SOP and managing regulations of company utilities.

？负责编制和维护公司公共设施的维护保养规程，检修计划, 并组织实施。
Be responsible for preparing and implementing the maintenance plan and procedure of company utilities.

？不断优化公司公共设施的操作和维护程序。
Continuous optimization of the operation and maintenance procedures of company utilities.

？负责相关备品备件计划的制定和备件管理。
Be responsible for preparing spare parts’ plan and management.

？负责指导和培训公司人员对于公共设施特别是特种设备的操作、使用及相关保养知识。
Be responsible for teaching and training the operation and maintenance knowledge to company staff of utilities especially special equipments.

？协助工厂改造或新项目中公共设施相关的操作程序设计，并负责实施
Assist preparing the operation procedure of company reconstruction or new project relate to utilities, and be responsible for the implement.

？参加部门会议
Take part of group meetings


2.延伸职责
Further Duties


？协助总务关于行政及仓库区域的工作 ，如照明等。
Assist housekeeping’s work related to admin & warehouse area, e.g. lighting …

？协助安全小组实施关于环境监测，消防及废水处理的管理。
Coordinate with EHS team to implement the management of environment inspection, fire-fighting and waste water treatment.

The job holder should familiar with the national law on special equipment management and government department register procedure.

The job holder must have necessary work license for special equipments according to national law and regulations.

？该职务担当应有2年以上公共设施维护及运行工作经验。
The job holder should have at least 2 years of work experience on utility maintenance and operation.

？该职务担当人员应具备较强的分析能力和动手能力
The job holder should have ability of analysis and practice.
