· Provide first level on-site support to end-user on business applications · Work with the department heads for all MIS functions & any assignments of new projects. · Implement policies & procedures for data processing &support systems integration. · Troubleshoot user applications in the impending ERP system. · Develop and maintain customized reports per user/business requirements with Crystal Report Writer, MS Access and/or SQL". · Coordinate with the regional and/or global IT teams on any IT projects and system rollouts. Requirements · Technically inclined with a Certificate, or Diploma in IT related education · At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a sizeable MNC operating in China · Knowledge of Batchmaster (our current ERP system) is beneficial. · Experience in ERP implementation/migration will be a plus (rollout of our new ERP system – IFS is in progress). · Hands-on technical experience on common report writing skills - Crystal Report, MS Access and/ SQL is a must · Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin · Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications -Access, Excel, Microsoft Word · Able to handle external IT vendors and suppliers. |
