项目工程师 Program Engineer

工作概要

通过提供专家意见帮助项目团队获得成功:帮助项目团队创建初始开发计划、帮助解决项目关键问题、提供PLUS流程和工具的培训、确保团队能够和管理层做定期项目审核以及能够对项目的状态进行中肯的评估。

主要任务和职责

1. 帮助项目团队为阶段1的工作执行建立可行的计划,阶段1工作工作包括:工作指导书SOW、PAP、门工作表和SDT资源计划。

2. 帮助项目团队对项目的关键问题建立清晰的状态描述、充分的原因分析、可行的改进措施和合理的执行计划。

3. 提供项目团队所需的PLUS培训并和CSC PMO及延锋江森HR合作提供项目管理大学(PMU)和延锋江森学院培训。

4. 为执委会调整月度项目审核和门审核项目,确保每个月的审核安排是建立在项目时间和项目风险基础上,并为团队提供审核预期和报告格式方面的指导。

5. 在项目月度审核之前准备和发布PMO项目报告;确保项目状态准确,项目风险描述精确;确保系统性的问题能够被标注出来,并按照需要调整月度报告。

6. 给PLUS流程负责人提供反馈和建议,以对PLUS流程进行持续改进。

7. 确保团队按照正确的签发流程执行,并且那些关键的PLUS文件如门报告、PD3等保存在共享区域以便进行确认和评审。

8. 和CSC的PMO合作,确保CSC的报告中YFJC的内容准确性。反馈最新的APPM数据并和CSC的APPM协调人合作确保每月CSC报告中的项目数据正确。

9. 承担公司相关BOS文件以及TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000标准要求的管理责任,确保BOS文件的有效运行,并不断在部门内完善BOS文件中的相关程序及其应用

分析要求

具备良好的数据收集、分析和管理能力,并拥有良好的人际关系。

资格和要求

教育:大学本科及以上学历,理工科专业。

经历:五年及以上汽车行业工作和管理经验,或3年以上汽车座椅或内饰工作经验。有项目管理经验优先。

其他: 英语读写流利;具备良好的沟通、组织和协调能力,团队合作精神;熟练应用Project和其他办公软件。

Program Engineer
Job Summary
Ensure Program teams are successful by providing program management expertise. This is achieved by assisting with initial program plan development, by assisting with problem solving on key issues, by delivering training of PLUS process and tools, by ensuring regular and consistent reviews with management, and by providing an unbiased assessment of program status.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist Program Teams in establishing solid plans for program implementation during Phase1, including Statements of Work, PAPs, Gate Workbooks, and SDT resource plans.
2. Assist program teams in identifying clear problem statements, root causes, robust corrective actions, and critical path timelines for key program issues.
3. Provide PLUS training to Program Team on an as need basis and in cooperation with CSC PMO (PMU) and YFJC HR (PM College). Additionally, roll-out and provide training for the bi-annual updates to the PLUS process
4. Coordinate monthly Program Review and Gate Review with the EC. Ensure the monthly agenda is established based on program timing and program risk. Provide guidance to teams on review expectations and format.
5. Prepare and distribute PMO Program Report prior to monthly reviews. Ensure status of programs to metrics and program risks are accurately represented. Ensure systemic issues are highlighted and adjust the monthly report as needed to drive corrective action
6. Provide feedback and recommendations to the PLUS process owners for continuous improvement of the PLUS process.
7. Ensure teams are following correct signature processes, and that key PLUS documents (GWB, PD3s) are stored is shared locations for verification and audit
8. Work with CSC PMO to ensure JCI Corporate reporting for YFJC accurate. Supply data for input to APPM and work with APPM coordinated to ensure programs data is correct in the monthly CSC program report.
9. Take the management responsibility of BOS and TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards to ensure the effective operation of BOS, optimize the procedure and application of BOS in the department

Cooperate with: BU PMs, HR Training Coordinators, CSC PMO representative


Analysis Requirements
Excellent data collection, data analysis, and data management. Strong personal relationship skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor or above, major in engineering.
Experience: Five years of related working and management experiences in the auto-industry or three years of automotive seating & interiors experience. Program Management experience is preferred.
Other Skills: Behavior and appearance is keeping with company’s value; excellent ability of oral
And writing Chinese and English; good inter-personal, organizing and coordinating ability; strong
Team inspirits; good command of Project and Office software.
