RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome customers in the shop, answer their inquiries
- Sell products, make additional sales
- Record sales, wrap items
- Restock shelves and make sure merchandise is presented neatly with prices
- Organize the storage room
- Manage the stores,product and display management, plan and finish the monthly sales objective with the whole team.
- Training the staff regularly according to the requirements,staff management.
- Store inventory, restock ordering
- Deal with customer complaints with good manners.

SKILLS
- Excellent English speaking skills
-2-3 years working experience in sales management.
- Energetic and passionate
- Ideally good looking, dynamic and smiling woman who loves being in contact with customers
- Reliable, efficient, flexible, easy-going + like team-spirits.
- Store management working experience in western company preferred
- Willing coach and lead big sales team to achieve sales target and to be success.
- Chinese Female candidate ,married a parent preferred

岗位职责
1、全面主持店面的管理工作，配合总部的各项营销策略的实施；
2、有效提升产品形象、执行总部下达的各项任务；
3、做好门店各个部门的分工管理、店员培训工作、有效激励店员达到销售业绩；
4、存货管理工作：监督商品的要货、上货、补货，做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业；
5、行政管理工作：监督门店内外的清洁卫生，负责保卫、防火等作业管理；
6、日常工作汇报：不定期向管理层汇报店面情况；
7、妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾；

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历,专业不限；
2、3-5年以上规模门店店长工作经验；
3、零售业管理工作经验，具有店务管理经验；
4、较好的英语口语及书写能力；大学英语六级，专业英语四级以上；
5、精通团队管理、客户管理、商品管理、陈列管理，物流配送，熟悉店务的各项流程的制定、执行；
6、较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；
7、结果导向、成熟、稳重、诚实守信；
8、对母婴行业有浓厚的兴趣。
