Lean engineer 精益生产工程师
Position Description
1.To apply &manage Lean Production requirements and tools.
推行管理精益生产工具
2.To lead 5S activities and planning audits.
主导5S审核计划工作
3.To lead all Kaizen activities and work with Kaizen teams.
协同改善小组工作，领导所有改善活动
4.To follow with activities for improving fabrication process and report the results to Fabrication Manager from time to time.
追踪生产过程的改善活动，并不时将改善结果向生产经理汇报。
5.To coordinate team/group leaders daily communication with factory management.
协调班组长同生产经理的日常沟通工作。
6.To coordinate with HR department regarding employees lean training/ testing etc.
协同HR部门，开展精益培训及测试工作。
Position Requirement
1.Excellent communication skill, outstanding organization ability;
良好沟通、组织能力。
2.Excellent communication in English(Talking, Reading, Writing)
良好英语沟通能力（说，读，写）
3.Good coordination with other departments.
良好协调能力。
4.Excellent skill for 2D AUTOCAD, word, Excel, Power Point.
办公软件熟练（2D CAD, word, excel, PPT）
5.With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
良好自我激励、团队合作精神，能有效的实现目标。
6.Able to work under pressure, with unlimited work conditions and with good ability of time-management.
抗压性强，良好时间管理能力。

Cimtas (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd.
Cimtas (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Cimtas incorporated in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, China to fabricate power and process pipe spools and assemble process skids and modules with 12.400sqm shop and 1.200 sqm office area. The historical port city of Ningbo is 3 hours south of Shanghai via the Hangzhou Bay Bridge and harbors the Beilun port which is the second largest deep-seaport of China.
The shop incorporates dedicated blasting, painting, acid & phosphate cleaning facilities and RT cabins, high-end welding technology, cold bending capacity, integrated QA/QC systems, advanced IT and ERP, all being operated with a corporate plan basedonthe transfer of proven and seamless business processes from the existing operations in Turkey with associated manpower back-up as necessary.
