职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责客户及来访人员接待工作；
2.接听电话、收取传真、报纸信件和文件的接收及送达；
3.厂部办公用品和行政物资的申购、出入库登记和发放；
4.负责前台、会议室、接待室、总经理办公室的清洁卫生，并协助行政人事专员进行卫生监督管理工作，做好会议和接待安排协调工作；
5.通讯录管理，及时对员工通讯录更新；
6.公司文宣活动的策划、协调与组织；
7.后勤类员工的考勤管理（员工请假和外出登记、加班记录汇总），并对考勤结果反馈至行政人事专员；
8.办公设施进出检查登记，及时制止不明财务进出；
岗位要求：
1.20岁以上，大专以上文凭，一年以上相关工作经验；
2.具有良好的外部形象，亲和力强，善于沟通交流；
3.熟练使用常用办公软件。
