GENERAL MISSION:
Within the framework fixed by the Logistics Operations Manager, logistics Specialist is the person in charge of Transport invoice checking & Reporting. The logistics specialist will also be responsible to monitor and evaluate the performance of E-com & special operations and offer optimal solution if it’s possible.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Transport invoice checking
- Check the invoice of transport providers
- Provide monthly provision + real figures to Finance dept.
- Handle 3rd party issue invoice for partners (more than 200 different partners)
- Deal with different request from China partners (issue invoice arrangement, change company tittle etc.)
II. KPI measurement & Monthly Transport report
- Drive and monitor agreed KPI to evaluate performance of current transport providers
- Complete monthly transportation report
III. Arrange special sales deliveries
- E-Com quick shipment and check weekly reception.
- Special promotion in SH Region
- Wholesale in mainlaind CHINA
- Shipment to wholesale located in other countries
IV. Domestic Distribution optimization
- Liase with Logistics operations manager to find the optimal way of delivering our stores in Mainland China
- Set up new flows in an optimal way when stores are open in a new city or Province
Other project if it's necessary.

Excellent communication skills, good analytical skills, pro-active, fast acting, supportive and self motivated. Goal oriented.
