Mission

-This replacement will be responsible for market intelligence and projects. Targets are to analyze market , branch and competitor development of strategic growth options for AS BU regarding automation products, as well as coordinate certain strategic cross-function/BU projects

What are my responsibilities

1.Analyzes product requirements of the chinese market and competitors on portfolio level incl. technical requirements, builds up a deep understanding of the needs of automation product market (applications), derives a product portfolio based on fact-based analysis and proposes AS product management appropriate concepts.

2.Take part in product definition process / review process for new worldwide product developments to make the products successful in the Chinese market. Controls and coaches the product lifecycle process for PA related products for Region China.

3.Analyzes preconditions of a multiple line (low-end) portfolio including market segment differentiation and product portfolio divergence, proposes related product line concepts and business models along the whole value chain in accordance with the worldwide AS strategies. Involved in Strategic decision about localized PA products.

What do I need to qualify for this job

1.Expected education is Master in Automation field, Industry

2.Experiences in Process Automation or Factory Automation are requested.

3.More than 5 years experience of Technical or Business related work.

4.Knowledge in Methodologies, Technologies as well as professional working skills are welcome.

5.Good communication in Chinese and English necessary and open minded about new opportunities. Newcomers will also be considered.
