POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:
1、协助生产部门进行数据统计分析，并利用科学的方法进行作业研究
2、识别改善机会并进行持续改善

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1、对生产各区域关键指标现场测量，以帮助现场管理者更好地了解达成及改善情况。
2、通过对生产数据的收集分析，识别改善机会并协助生产进行持续改善。
3、对出成率，吸水率以及产品产值进行测试，以设立相关标准和验证改善情况。
4、运用IE手法对现有流程研究，寻求最佳生产方式。
5、对人员进行时间及动作研究并设立相关作业标准，不断优化。
SCOPE & DIMENSIONS范围:
此岗位为白夜班轮班岗位，负责工厂内所有的区域的数据收集工作
REQUIREMENTS任职要求:
Education学历要求：本科学历，工业工程类相关专业
Experience 工作经验: 一年以上工业工程或制造行业工作经验
Languages 语言: 英语流利，听说读写能力，CET-4
Other Skills 其他技能要求:
1、具工业工程、企业管理相关知识、有禽类加工行业从业经验优先；
2、积极主动，善于沟通，具较强的团队意识和沟通协作能力，富有责任心和创新精神；
3、吃苦耐劳，能接受白夜班轮班和长时间工作；能独立工作，愿意接受挑战。
4、乐于学习，能不断提升个人能力；
