Main duties ( list details )
?Responsible for production sections of subframes and loaders, including directly machining and bending, assembly and packaging process management, indirectly welders and painters, fork lifter drivers, ensure proper and appropriate leadership of subordinates;
?Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality control procedures, the relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions, to avoid quality risks and hazards;
?Deal with short-term quality issues and rework defective products, as well as with the long-term quality improvement;
?Support and coordinate with the development and promotion of the machining/bending/welding /painting/assembly/packaging technology (including new products, new processes, new materials, new tooling, process / tooling improvements), and continuous improvement ;
?Responsible for ordering, dispatching and cost control of machining/bending/assembly/packaging production ancillary materials, consumables, packaging materials, labor PPE supplies;
?Responsible for checking and releasing work orders, arranging machining/bending/assembly/packing production according to priorities of production planning/scheduling and instructions, ensure timely completion and timely feedback quality and materials issues, and organize and coordinate the resources to solve the problem, ensure the good communication with subordinates, and other relevant departments;
?Set goals and follow established goals to complete in time;
?Responsible for employee attendance, overtime control, assessment of their work performance, productivity performance;
?Ensure that employees have adequate information and skills to complete the tasks assigned;
?Responsible for ensuring subordinates and the working environment to comply with relevant state laws and regulations, the company employee handbook, 5S management regulations, safety in production systems;
?Responsible for ensuring compliance with the control procedures for the corporate machinery and equipment PM, to avoid possible risks or hazards;
?Coordinate working with other departments.

?设定目标，然后按照既定的目标及时完成；
?负责员工考勤，加班控制，对其工作绩效和表现考核；
?确保员工获得足够的信息和技能，完成下达的各项任务；
?负责确保下属及其工作环境遵守/符合国家有关法律，法规，公司员工手册，5S管理规定，安全生产制度；
?负责确保遵守公司设施设备控制程序和设备预防维护，以避免可能出现的风险或危害；
?协调与其他部门的工作。

Knowledge and skills required
?College competence of machinery or management
?Fluent of oral and written English
?Competent communicator and cooperator
?Management experience from manufacturing industry at a leading position at least 3 years;
?Worked with/within machinery manufacturing more than 3 years
?Good computer skills of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
?Experience from Movex (ERP system) is preferred
