Main duties ( list details )
1.Plans and designs manufacturing processes in the plant
2.Plans, develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods and processes in the plant within areas such as quality, efficiency, productivity, maintainability, working environment and safety
3.Knowledge and experience required within product design and materials but with deepest knowledge and experience within logistics, fabrication, welding, painting and assembly processes
4.Project management according to request from the Production Engineering Manager and/or General Manager of Alo Agricultural Machinery (Ningbo)
5.Responsibility for instructions and technical documentation in the plant. Should ensure that new equipment are delivered and installed together with relative documentation and to keep all documentation updated in the plant.
6.Design of new tooling and fixtures for production, which later will be built by PTD in-house or by a local supplier.
7.Support to the PTD-team(production technical team) in the plant
工作职责

3.具备产品设计和材料方面的经验和知识，特别是关于物流，制造，焊接，涂装和装配过程方面的工作经验和知识。
4.根据生产工程经理和/或总经理要求进行项目管理
5.负责产品说明和工厂技术文件。应确保新设备及时交付，组装且具备相对于的技术文档，负责保存所有技术文档并进行及时更新。
6.通过PTD部门生产或者寻求新的供应商，完成新的工装夹具的生产。
7.对PTD部门（生产技术团队）进行技术支持。


Knowledge and skills required
1.University degree: Mechanical engineering, preferred within the field of production engineering
2.Five years previous experience within the field mentioned above
3.Good communication ability
4.Previous work within the field of problem solving
5.Team/project oriented person
6.Speaks and read English fluent
7.Knowledge of cad-system (preferred Solid Edge)
8.Knowledge in review and evaluation of drawings
任职资格
1.本科学历，机械工程相关专业，生产工程专业优先
2.五年以上的相关工作经验
3.良好的沟通能力
4.解决生产工程相关问题的工作经验
5.团队/项目导向的人员
6.英语听说读写流利
7.能熟练使用CAD，会Solid Edge的优先考虑
8.会图纸的审核和评价
