职位描述
1. General Description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator & Administration Analyst who will support Quality Engineering department and Administration Department, making sure to obtain necessary resources to achieve SBE service.
2. Area
SBE Quality Engineering Department and Administration Department
3. Responsibilities
Inspection/Audit projects coordination and management.
? To support Engineering Department for the coordination of projects with Customers (AM) & Suppliers.
? Every Monday she shall be sending an email with the panning of the week, saying how many inspections we have planned, how many inspectors are free, for how many days and in what locations. Basically the inspection schedule per inspector/engineer.
Inspection/Audit report reviewing. When needed she will support for this, not always since is the main responsibility of Engineers.
Sample management report. She will be in charge of registering, classifying and organizing all the samples received from Suppliers and Customers.
Area HR Management Support. Will support HR department to follow up and coordinate for HR recruitment processes.
Operations Administration
? Manage the tools and resources of the department (maintain this list)
? Quote and buy tools and others for the area.
? Support for logistics and traveling needs.
Continuous Improvement
? Support QA area for the Manual maintenance and updates.
? Support QA area for the Internal Audit processes.
? Posting in T4T Activity Board news and achievements of the area.
4. Authority
He/She will be reporting directly to the Engineering Director.
5. Evaluation
? First evaluation at the 3rd month.
? Periodical Evaluations every 6 months
6. Position Profile
General
? Must be detail oriented
? Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Bilingual (English /Chinese)
? Computer Literate. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
? Must have good hand/eye coordination (dexterity)
? Must not be color blind
? Must be familiar with cleanliness.
? Have an analytical personality
? Good Discipline
Specific
? Experience with Supply Chain Management process and procedures
? Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
? Graduate preferably from any of the following majors: Logistics, Business
Remark
In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher level of degree may be substitute for two years of experience. Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of education.
Compensation
? Competitive Salary according to experience and skills.
? Productivity Bonus every 6 month.
