1) Working Tasks
- To establish and maintain quality standard and enhancements at supplier site as appropriate;
- To perform audit to supplier based on situation;
- To be the focal person for assembly related quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing;
- To ensure all production critical issues are solved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate..
- To implement appropriate Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods, and provide guidance to Incoming Inspection.
- To ensure ongoing supplier on-site evaluation is performed. This would be achieved by using information collected from Receiving Inspection, Customer Rejects, and NCR database and by liaison efforts with customer’s feedback. Performance evaluation will be reported to the supplier;
- To perform First Article Inspection of components as per Inspection Plan and provide documentation for Statistical Quality Control.
- To Monitor and drive PPM (defect parts per million) issues with the supply base in addition to helping them achieve "Dock to Stock"(Zero defect)
- To proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs and quality of manufacturability to all affected departments.
- To provide support for Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing
- Develop personal skills on current technology, manufacturing techniques, interpersonal and business skills

2) Responsibility
- Responsible for the tasks given.
- Responsible for Kitron Ethical Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for quality of supplier performance.
- Responsible for continue improvement at supplier site;

3) Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in supplier quality management.
- University degree in Mechanics/Electronics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English written and read on a good level, Fluent English would be plus;
- Team player and Team leadership
- Be familiar with Quality system, 8D Methodology, FMEA and Control Plan ect;
- Problem solving Skill
