岗位职责
1、分管部分航线的船期，对所管航线内的舱位，加截、退关等工作;
2、对所管航线内的船，做好预配，上船与船上核对确认箱子的积载;
3、港口的核对及船的装卸报告并及时发送给相关人员;
4、收集、整理所有航线的箱量报告，发给相关公司;
5、核对码头的发票与公司内的系统是否一致，进行更改并确认;
6、对特种箱的答复及相关邮件往来等相关事宜。


任职资格
1、大专或本科学历，国航、物流、国际贸易类相关专业优先；
2、有1年左右相关领域经验；
3、良好的英文口头及书面表达技巧，CET-4；
4、熟练操作常用办公软件；
5、工作作风细致、严谨；
6、良好的沟通协调能力，较强的团队合作精神。
