Job Description
-Feedback to customer inquiries
-Fulfill customer special requirements according to SOP
-Generate reports or other related documents to customer.
-To follow up trouble cases or irregularity shipments and feedback customer of alternative arrangements
-Monitor billing status
-Support customer to fulfill their job responsibility.
Job Requirements
-College or equivalent
-Communication skills, spoken and written English by CET-4 or Equivalent
-Knowledge of customer service operations
-Knowledge of OFR operations
