Essential Functions:

l Contact point for assigned customers for repeat orders, order status, order changes, and other order related inquiries.作为客户订单、订单状态、订单变更及其他有关订单咨询的联络人；

l Effective internal and external communication regarding order fulfillment activities.和客户及工厂就订单的执行情况保持有效沟通；

l Support and input data for Fourth Shift, MTSF and other systems to implement the order process.在Fourth Shifts，MTSF等电脑系统中支持并输入正确数据，有效处理订单；

l Invoice controlling; shipping invoice; Support for Statement and overdue amount.提供发票信息并寄送发票，对对账和过期账款提供支持；

l Documents handling for export documents.出口文件及资料的处理；

l Gather and communicate customer feedback with customer satisfaction survey.通过客户满意度调查收集并沟通客户的反馈信息；

l Support the selling efforts of others in Sales to assure that customers are satisfied with the level of service they receive.支持销售团队，确保客户对我们所提供的服务感到满意；

l Support and input data for Customer complaint form, credit memo and logistic notice to implement the complaint handling.支持并输入客户投诉和退货信息；

l Assist to build strong customer relationships.协助建立良好的客户关系；

l Identify potentials and methods to further improve our sample request system, customer complaint reduction, and inter-departmental communication.识别潜在的和现有方法为今后提高样品要求体系，减少客户抱怨和保持内部良好沟通；

l Couch others in the sales department with necessary customer service skills.指导销售团队其他员工必要的客户服务技巧；

l Participate in operational management team working on productivity improvement.参与生产运行团队提高生产力工作；

Education, experience and other skills required:

1. Bachelor Degree or relevant experience.本科及有相关经验

2. Two years position experience in customer service supervisor.有2年客服主管岗位经验

3. Critical thinking. 严谨的思维

4. Effective computer skills & related software. 良好的计算机操作技能

5. Effective time management and task prioritization.良好的时间和压力管理经验

6. Effective written and oral communication skills.熟练的英文说写技能

7. Excellent listening skills.良好的倾听技能
