Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in quality field preferably in hard toys, stationery and arts & crafts.
Knowledge of product materials and manufacturing process of the above mentioned products.
Knowledge of latest International Toy Safety Standards, both Physical & Chemical ( UK, EU & US / Canada )
Knowledge of Quality Systems and Social Compliance auditing, possess of relevant qualification is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Commercial awareness, experience in communicating with Major Retailers QA Teams on Testing, Technical & Quality Issues
Highly organized and an ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
Good command of oral & written English, and Mandarin.


Job Descriptions:
Follow up on customer testing protocol with customers, vendors and our Ningbo Office.
Follow up with laboratories for testing, solving technical problem.
Follow up on customer Quality & safety requirements with our Ningbo Office.
Evaluate samples and recommend improvements to ensure products are safe for sale.
Product packaging and transit test evaluations.
