Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities






• To provide the business with expertise across the Core Applications that form part of



the Business Systems Model, to enable the business to exploit opportunities for



continuous improvement in the business through effective use of the systems






• To assist the Business in reviewing / development of all key Business Processes, and



advising the business on how best to implement the systems model to fully support the



key Business Processes






• Where all attempts has been made to meet the Business requirements within the



Standard World Wide Systems Model, where justified assist the business to specify



requirements for new Applications or enhanced Functionality to existing Applications,



and then source the required systems functionality within the parameters / guidelines



allowed within the Business Unit IT and sBU’s IT Policies and Strategies for software



sourcing/development






• To influence the development of the World Wide IT Systems Model to ensure where



possible ChinaSEA requirements are included

Nature & Scope of the Role



Understanding of current IT applications and planned developments within the region.





Professional


Required – Bachelor or higher academic degree






Experience



Required – 1-2 years experience in IT development or ERP support role



Required – Good understanding of business process of various functions: ie. Sales, Lab, formulation, MSDS etc.






Skills



Good written & spoken English



Good Communication skill



A good team player, able to follow as well as lead



Task focused



Able to work with geographically diverse team


Good Time management


Good understand of software SDLC
