管理当班模具间维修工、培训模具工、管理模具工具

Manage tool shop operators, training tooling maintenance, manage tool shop tools.

汇报对象：工程经理

Report to engineering manager

工作职责(Job Description):

1.培训模具维修工的模具维修维护，喷涂技能

Response for training mold operator for die & core box maintenance and coating preparation

2.负责模具维修维护

Response for die & core box maintenance

3.管理当班工模具车间模具维护工

Managing tool shop operator/shift

4.管理工模具，记录模具维修状况

Managing tooling, and record tooling maintenance situation

岗位要求(Job Requirement):

1.丰富的模具维修维护技能

Strong skill for die & core box preparation

2.丰富的喷涂技能

Strong skill for coating

3. 一定的操作车床、铣床的技能

Skill in operation of lathe and milling machine

4. 在模具维护，模具喷涂上有超过5年的工作经验

More than 5 years working experience for die / core box maintenance and coating preparation

5. 一定的电焊知识，具有电焊操作证较好

Knowledge of welding, preference with welding license

6. 基础的图纸与物料清单知识

Basic knowledge of drawing & BOM (Bill of Materials)

7.基础的微软办公软件与制图软件的知识

Basic knowledge for MS office software and CAD software

8.低压铸造工厂的工作经历者较好

Preference in lower pressure casting plant working experience

9,良好的沟通与团队合作能力，基础的英文知识

Good skills for communication and team working, basic English knowledge

10.高中或中专以上学历,能吃苦耐劳与适应加班

High school education or above, be able to work hard and over work

11.具有叉车证较好

Has forklift license is a plus

12.愿意接受在德国培训，时间约为4-8周

Be able to spend 4-8 weeks in Germany for training

13.工作地点位于余姚

Be able to work in Yuyao

Martinrea Honsel Aluminum Parts (Yuyao) Co. Ltd. is one branch of Martinrea International focus on production of aluminum die casting parts for top class automotive manufacturers. The company started with phase one in 2014 focused on aluminum alloy sub-frame parts.
