岗位目的：
及时完成HR招聘指标并保证招聘质量

岗位职责：
1、协助HR招聘主管完成工人和技术工种的招聘流程，保证招聘质量；
2、安排操作工面试入职，做好招聘过程中的员工沟通工作；
3、维护各类智联、51Job等招聘网站，定时定量完成人才的储备工作；
4、能较好地熟悉生产并和生产部门进行有效地沟通；
5、协助招聘主管对接劳务公司，储备资源应对短时间内招聘大量操作工需要。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、招聘工作经验2年以上，有大量操作工招聘经验者优先；
3、英语口语可以简单沟通，书面语言需熟练；
4、有较好的亲和力和组织协调能力；
5、有一定的企业归属感和执行能力；
