Responsibilities:
A. Supporting the Time to Market process within the framework of process and quality planning.
1. Coordinating sample production with the internal specialist departments in agreement with the process and quality planner responsible.
2. Putting together, preparing and dispatching components and devices, as well as procuring the necessary documents.
3. Preparing, carrying out and documenting specified measurements and respective evaluations in agreement with those responsible, assessing the evaluations in cooperation with those responsible.
4. Supporting the process and quality planner in preparing documentation.
5. Manual reworking of individual components and assemblies in the development phase according to requirements.
6. Managing and archiving test samples in the various sample statuses, as well as archiving the relevant documents.
7. Carrying out and coordinating courier services, if necessary, according to orders, accepting and checking accompanying papers and checking the load.
8. Processing detailed tasks within the framework of process qualification, according to agreement with the process planner responsible.
9. Processing detailed tasks within the framework of quality planning, according to agreement with the quality planner responsible.
B. Carrying out, and supporting development staff with, administrative tasks.
1. Recording and processing information, taking into account specialist documents, e.g. preparation of graphics, presentations and lectures on the basis of keywords.
2. Putting together statistics or documents, preparing graphs, charts and diagrams on the basis of sketches and tables.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Good English in oral and writing.
3. Up to 1 years related work experience.
4. Good Microsoft office & coordinate, negotiation skills.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
