Position Responsibilities:
? Support all company businesses in all SAP Production Planning (PP) matters
? Perform PP business process re-engineering/design
? Handle SAP project planning, design, testing, training & implementation in the SAP PP modules for new site/country roll-out
? Involve in SAP PP configuration in co-ordination with the SAP Global Team
? Design functional/technical specifications for SAP PP programs and interfaces/reports in co-ordination with the SAP Global PP Team
? Provide SAP IT site leadership to the local business management team
? Support Six Sigma continuous improvement projects to improve efficiencies of the organization
? Assist in coordinating SAP business process and system training for the site
? Prioritize projects with user community, including ROI and cost/benefit analysis
? Assist with other local and global projects as required
? Influence and manage changes arising from application improvements/enhancements to better support a more effective way of working
? Provide business application advisory support to other SAP modules

Education & Experience Request:
? Minimum 4 years of SAP experience in supporting PP module
? At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as SAP Business Analyst in SAP PP module, with 2-3 SAP full life-cycle implementations
? Hands-on experience on other modules, example SD, MM, FI would be an advantage.
? Good working knowledge of the PP processes in a manufacturing, sales distribution and service environment
? Good working knowledge on Production Planning
? Experience working in Asia/Pac-Rim environments
? Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to adapt readily & effectively to unexpected or changing conditions
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
