Requirements:

University graduate in Finance / Accounting related subjects;

About 4~5 years relative working experiences in foreign companies;

Knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional field, and shipping knowledge prefer;

Fluent in both oral and written English;

Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications;

Experience in using SAP is preferred but not a must;

Ability to develop solutions to a wide range of complex problems;

Careful, responsible, cooperative, with excellent inter-personal skills.

Accountabilities:

Responsible for SHA AP for group company;

To clear AP in schedule accurately & timely;

Deal with month end closing affairs re AP part;

Responsible for AP overdue outstanding handling;

Responsible for submitting all AP reports accurately & timely.

Filing for related AP contracts.
