？ 全面统筹仓库管理事务（包括仓库运作费用核算、仓库规划、货物保管、进出库管理、仓储物流、仓库安保等），建立并完善仓库的管理制度及流程；
In charge of make the plan of the whole Warehouse management business (including the warehouse operation cost accounting ,warehouse planning, Maintenance, Inbound&Outbound Management, Warehouse logistics, Warehouse security and etc.) Establish and complete the management system and process of the warehouse.
？ 负责建立仓库高效运营的标准化作业体系；
Responsible for establish the standardized efficiently operation system for warehouse
？ 负责制定盘点制度，保证系统与实物库存的品种数量相符；
Responsible to formulate the Inventory system, Ensure the consistency between the system stock and physical stock.
？ 日常数据结算审核，定期审核汇总上报的各项仓储管理及帐务报表；
Responsible for daily date examing,Regular audit report summary of the warehouse management and accounting statements
？ 负责建立合理库存与库存控制；
　　Responsible to establish the reasonable stock and control the stock
？ 负责仓储物流信息化系统建设，并进行优化。
　　Responsible for warehouse logistical information system construction and optimize it
？ 负责仓库各项工作的指导、检查、改进；
Responsible to guide ,check and, improve the different kinds of the warehouse issues.
？ 负责仓库预算制定及协助费用结算；
Responsible to formulate the warehouse budget and assistant in expense settlement.
？ 负责对部门人员管理、考核、培训工作；
　　Responsible for department staff management ,appraisal and training
？ 负责与业务有关的单位及部门的沟通协调工作；
　　Responsible to communicate with other units and dept .about related business


任职条件/qualifications：
？ 大学本科及以上学历，物流仓储类及相关专业；
　　University or above with a major degree in Warehouse Logistics majors,
？ 大学英语4级及以上，具有英语交流沟通能力；
　　CET4 or above ,Fluent Spoken English listening skills
？ 3年以上仓库管理工作经验，有汽车备件仓库管理工作经历者优先；
At least three-years working experience, experience in Vehicle Spare Parts Warehouse Management is a plus.
？ 熟练使用办公软件软件，精通仓储业务，熟悉仓库管理指标体系，有多年基层工作经验，善于管理，具有现场指挥能力，懂得业务数据分析；
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Good at Storage business, Familiar with KPIS of warehouse management, Rich working experiences. Good at management and On-site command ability and data analysis of business.
？ 熟悉物流信息管理系统并有实施经验；
　　Familiar with Logistics information management and relates experiences
？ 有较强的计划、组织、协调、沟通、控制能力和有较强的责任心。
Good at planning, organizing ,coordination, communication ,control ability and good responsibility
