? Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
? Plan, organize and direct the plaiting and maintenance operations, which ensure the most effective return on assets.
? Initiative plans and processes, which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of labor, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers' expectations.
? Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports TAJCO's strategic initiatives.
? Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need.
? Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
? Improve labor utilization within existing departments and processes.
? Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
? Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
? Assure that collective bargaining agreements are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion.
? Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas, which include all employees' positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action.
? Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
? Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
? Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
? Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
? Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
? Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
? Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
? Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
? Conduct employee performance reviews.
? Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
? Responsible for consistent product quality from the plant.
? Responsible for planning, leading all manufacturing activities to ensure the achievement of company target on production output, quality, delivery and cost control;
? Lead the technical team (process engineer, equipment supervisor and production supervisor) to meet production target on quality cost control, delivery and other department performance target;
? Make proper arrangement on the progress on production; implement lean production to ensure to the best extent of maximum Productivity;
? Supervise the safety in the production to ensure safe production;
? Maintain good production environment, minimize to the best extent any pollution in production;
? Lead the team of process engineering for continuous improvement of production process, for the target of increase of productivity and efficiency;
? Undertake other work assigned by line managers.
? Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
? Bachelor and above degree, technical, production, surface treatment or other related major.
? 5-10 years of experience in surface treatment, chrome plating, e-polish and wastewater treatment.
? 10 years of experience in hard good manufacturing.
? Production technical, knowledge about chemicals and surface treatment and LEAN on tactic level.
? Experience in general management, and an experienced manager who see the advantage of teamwork and demonstrate coaching attitudes that make people grow.
? Ability to coach and develop employees in close collaboration with relevant members from Tajco Executive Management Team. Meeting tactical and operational objectives as defined in budgets and strategic plans.
? Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
