我司是外贸采购办事处，产品主要销往非洲，主要市场尼日利亚。现我司招多名熟悉非洲市场的采购销售专员，驻宁波办事处。招聘人员要求如下

杂货组采购销售专员工作描述 --- 中国（ 宁波）

- 专业领域：缝纫机类 & 小家电类 & 家具类 &杂货类
* 缝纫机类：全自动缝纫机，台板，机头，离合器电动机。半自动缝纫机
* 小家电类：电热板，搅拌机，不锈钢/塑料烧水机，烤箱，电饭煲
* 家居类：办公椅，宴会餐椅
* 杂货类： 胶带，手电筒，灯泡，煤油炉，蜡烛等

工作职责：

a.向采购团队提供采购方案
b.辅助香港采购销售经理进行项目采购
c..目光独到并寻找到拥有高质量产品的供应商，推荐给买手
d.向采购团队提供市场情报分析
e.处理和监测调查，样本，装运前的过程，包括艺术品，取样，测试和生产
F.在供应商和香港办公室之间建立优良合作关系，流畅并迅速的处理日常事务并提出解决方案

- 职位需求：

1. 至少5 年从事采购销售专员此职位经验，拥有制造业工作经验者优先；
2. 熟悉美国、英国批发以及零售市场，拥有良好的专业知识；
3. 专业及巧妙的于供应商沟通；
4. 拥有扎实的专业知识并协助香港采购销售经理；
5. 处理多项任务，拥有高效积极的主动性和完整性；
6. 能承受工作压力，独力作业；
7. 自信，有较强的责任感，注重细节，足智多谋，良好的组织能力；
8. 良好的人际沟通和谈判技巧，以及有能力与各级有效沟通
9. 愿意出差，适应公司出差安排；
10. 熟练的英文沟通技巧，良好的沟通能力，至少需满足英语读、写能力；
11. 熟练的操作办公软件（如 Excel、word、ppt）

Sector Specialization – Sewing Machine & Home Appliances & Furniture

Sector :
* Sewing Machine items - Sewing Machine whole machine, stand & table, sewing machine head, clutch motor, HH sewing machine
* Home Appliances - Hot Plate,Blender,SS /Flask Kettle,Oven,Rice cooker
* Furniture Item: Office chair, Banquet chair


Job Duties:
a. To provide sourcing solutions to buying team.
b. To support HK Sales & Merchandising manager in sourcing projects
c. To work with suppliers in delivering quality goods to buyers
d. To provide market intelligence to buying team
e. To handle and monitor enquiry, sample, pre-shipment process, including artwork, sampling, testing and production
f. To bridge between suppliers and HK office on day-to-day issues and drive speed to solutions

Job Requirement:
g. 5 years or above solid experience in related categories in sourcing and buying environment. Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
h. Familiar with the US/UK wholesales & retail market and sound product knowledge
i. Strong connection with supplier base
j. Proven experience to be able to work with HK Sales & Merchandising team independently
k. Able to handle multi-tasks and posses a high level of initiative and integrity
l. Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
m. Assertive, self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
n. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
o. Good team spirit with ability to work with associates from different cultures
p. Willing to travel
q. Good command of written and spoken English
r. Familiar with operating Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Express
s. 3. Good skilled for office software operation( Excel.word.ppt. Adobe)
