Major Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Advise the site and business managers on HS&E objectives,and company and legal requirements.
2.Support the process of achieving the targets and objectives,and company and legal requirements.
3.Ensure the site or business identifies and addresses its key priority issues.
4.Monitor compliance with legal,company and customer requirements.
5.Advise on the provision and maintenance of arrangements,systems and procedures.
6.Ensure the effective management of resources allocated to achieve HS&E objectives.
7.Ensure adequate level of competence in the business for the successful achievement of HS&E objectives.
8.Liaise with:
？External HS&E regulatory and enforcement agencies.
？Members of the TRW Automotive Global HS&E Team.
9.Coordinate the documentation of the HS&E programs:
？The development and maintenance of the documentation (procedures, work instructions,etc.).
？Ensuring that adequate records are kept.
10.Monitor and review of the effectiveness of site's or business's HS&E Management System (arrangements, objectives,targets,systems and procedures).
11.Report on HS&E progress and performance and its impact on the business operation to the management team
12.Ensure the timely submittal of HS&E metrics.


Education and Experience:

1.The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in HS&E or related field. A professional certification in the HS&E field (i.e. Certified Safety Professional, Professional Engineer,and Certified Industrial Hygienist)is preferred.The candidate must have at least 2 years of HS&E work experience, preferably in manufacturing. Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) is preferred.
2. The person must be able to assess risks and to recommend appropriate corrective actions in routine, urgent,and emergency situations. Must possess solid working knowledge of Chinese HS&E regulations, especially chemical safety/management,hazardous energy control, hazard communication,personal protective equipment&chemical hygiene.
3.Strengths include effective project management and inter-personal,writing and presentation skills. Ability to evaluate machine layouts and other engineering documentation is desirable. Should be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task and develop solutions to complex problems.Works under consultative direction toward predetermined goals and objectives.
