Key Responsibilities :
· Understand/Implement APMM and MCC vision and value
· Ensure good customer service attitude towards customers including but not limited to: patience/politeness/smile/warm tone/professional behaviors
· Explore and develop opportunities of business without confinement of the targets which set out in your KPIs.(Key Performance Indicators)
· Ensure active and optimal cooperation with other CUS team members to provide second-to-none service to our customers
· Smoothen and optimize coordination with other departments in shanghai, notable with sghops and sghfin and vessel agent as well
· Ensure rules and regulation in force including local policies are duly complied with
· Discover and communicate potential business with sales and always be ready for assistance
· Knowledge share and communication with PREMCC teams on industry developments, including strength and weakness of our competitors.
· Ensure good communication and cooperation with doc center so as to maintain the accuracy data quality, including internal and external data transfer,
· Ensure booking confirmation is released efficiently, provide patient and “willing to help” working attitude towards customers, build up positive customer service image on behalf of MCC CUS.
· Enhance efficiency of import cargo release through timely freight collection and notification, focus on import handling, take up C-T-C dialogues with origins for CIF business, notice FOB business opportunity and timely involve sales.
· In addition to daily handling, should build up structured import developing with influence to origin countries and IASLIN teams for product design to best balance export deployments, create more credits by import to support export.
· Have ownership on customers, serve customers together with sales to develop volumes.
· Good management on counter parts, enhance communication with booking agents and vessel agents.
· Handling doc amendment per customers request
· Various certificate (shortshipment etc.) issuance
· Follow up with webi report for error clearance
· Edi import manifest submit and follow up
· Maintain customer database by communication with doc center and customer
· Follow up with arrival notice which fail to reach to customer
· Cod handling
· Refund handling
· Monitor data quality of doc center
· Purse all longstanding containers, monitor equipment turnover by regular report
· Pursue all import freight outstanding collections and get them cleared soon
· Response incoming mails regarding export and import in SGH
· Claim handling per request from customer
· Attend to phone enquiry from customer
