岗位职责：
1. 日常业务信息管理：合同档案，客户信息资料整理归档等；
2. 合同履行与项目跟踪：及时了解跟踪生产中心对任务单的执行过程，并且及时向部门领导反馈，做好与设计、生产、财务之间的日常衔接与配合工作；
3. 与财务部建立账款到账查询，分产品类型、分周期汇总销售额，建立销售的历史数据；
4. 负责本部门销售人员的出勤监督管理，负责每月对销售人员的销售业绩提成进行核算及销售费用的归类统计；
5. 电话回访所有客户，对服务过程中不良情况做书面记录，提高服务质量；
6. 热情接待客户电话询问和技术咨询；
7. 完成上级领导委派的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1. 有1年及以上工作经验优先；
2. 具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力，处理问题的应变能力，抗压能力；
3. 有较强的事业心，团队合作精神强；
4.熟悉日常办公软件操作，工作效率高
