职位概况：

The Purchasing & Logistic Manager makes main production planning and raw material/components purchasing planning base on customer request. arrange the Finish goods shipping and follow up to meet customer requirements

采购&物流经理负责根据客户的需求，建立主生产计划及零部件/原材料采购计划；安排成品发货及跟踪以满足客户要求。

主要职责：

Organize and assure on time delivery to customers

Raw material/components purchasing planning and main production planning

Manage material flow (movement/receiving/storage/delivery)

Manage and direct the support of external warehouse

Manage and contract all transportation services

Manage and support all needs in the shipping group

Manage and support all Receiving and Storage needs to support production

Manage all forklifts and ensure all drivers comply to rules

Maintain good relationships with the custom.

Manage production planning, and work together to follow up and improve the respect rate of production planning.

Support and assist to Engineering department on packing design and improvement

Maintenance/equipment/general material purchasing cost control

Inventory level optimization

Maintain good relationships with the logistic department of customers

Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution

Participate in defining the training plan for its service

Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures

Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness

组织和保证对客户的及时供货

主生产计划及零部件/原材料采购计划

控制物料流（转移/接收/储存/发送）

管理及指导外部仓库

管理及与运输公司签订合同

管理并支持送货过程中的所有事项

管理并支持所有与生产有关的接收和储存事项

对叉车进行管理并确保所有的叉车工遵守各项安全操作要求

与海关等政府部门保持良好的关系

管理主生产计划并与生产部合作，跟踪并改进生产计划的执行情况。

协助工程部进行包装设计及完善

维修/设备/通用物资的采购的成本控制。

库存优化

与客户物流部门保持良好的关系

确保部门员工的评估和发展管理

参与制定所需培训计划

遵循工作流程、制度及程序

遵循所有的安全制度、政策并提高部门安全意识

职位要求：

With experience in JIT Automotive Business。

Be familiar with purchasing work flow and supplier management procedure.

Experience in MRP/SAP system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

With good computer skills

Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data

Ability to maintain working relationship with internal/ external customers and customs.

Proven managerial capabilities in a team environment

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize

Bachelor degree in Business or/and Logistic

熟悉汽车行业JIT供货方式

熟悉采购流程及供应商管理程序

熟悉MRP/SAP系统

良好的口头及书面表达

良好的计算机能力

有数据收集、整理及分析能力

与内、外部客户及海关保持良好的关系

具有良好的团队管理能力

良好的计划、组织及行动优先性

商业/物流相关本科学位
