1/ Junior college diploma or above, fluent in Chinese and English, can communicate in English.大专或以上毕业，熟练中英文，能适当的英文沟通。

2/ 2+ years working experience for international trading business, forwarder background preferred.2年以上外贸相关经验，有货代经验优先。

3/ Good at Excel, Familiar with logistic documentation handling and logistic process
熟练运用EXCEL， 熟悉物流文件处理及流程

4/ Positive, diligent, patient, can work under pressure
积极主动，勤奋耐心，能适应压力下工作

Responsibilities:工作职责：


1/ handling payment paperwork for direct import invoices by Coordinate with factory, customer, forwarder and division’s contacts

协调处理工厂与货代和国外公司之间进口发票及文件的相关文书工作。

2/Tracking the shipping schedule for each purchase order, including production status, date of shipment, delivery date, vessel, container #, destination, etc.

跟踪相关订单计划，包括生产状况，船期，交货期，货柜号等等。

3/Maintain P.O system

维护P.O系统

4/Issue company policies/ industrial regulations to vendors, and monitor the implementation

发送传达公司的相关制度规定给相关的客户，监督执行等。


5/Other tasks as needed 其它相关工作
