Scope: Suzhou, Kunshan, Taicang, Nantong, Changshu

Main Responsibilities:

? Develop CIF markets in Suzhou, Changshu and Nantong through various channels

? Maintain existing clients and upsell wherever possible

? Promote MCC branding in the mentioned areas

? Better manage agents’ performance in the mentioned areas, create competitions amongst agents ranking by performance

? Touch base with BCOs in local areas to grasp first hand information and IAS market trend

? Collect market information and share with team timely, propose reasonable proposals to PREMKT

? Be creative to find out solutions and share with teams

? Update relevant system every day, record customers full information for further track

Specific Responsibilities of the Position:

? New clients development

– Data mining from existing data base available

– Clients development through social network;

– Sales through online channel

– Proactive and regular sales call to deplore market potential

- Others

? Performance review and Lost accounts analysis

- Regular review for existing clients and take measures if necessary;

- Lost accounts follow up

- Upsell from existing clients regularly, sell our products proactively and regularly

? Market information

- Collect market information regularly from various channels;

- Share market information with team timely

- Vessel utilization plus allocation management and etc

? Sales System

- Register information for new clients;

- Input sales call plan in sales pad before sales call

- Update activity information in sales pad after sales call

- Update other relevant information in sales pad whenever necessary,

e.g. customer profile, target, potential, contacts and etc

Competencies required:

? Have a good command of English

? Outgoing personality, travel frequency to Changshu, Nantong, Taicang & Kunshan

? Capable of building good relationship with relevant stakeholders

? Is a clear communicator

? Has deep understanding on Intra Asia products, market natures and competitors

? Knowing Suzhou/Nantong/Changshu IAS market well with onhand client resources are preferred
