岗位职责：
1、 参与新产品焊装工艺规划和方案的制定；
2、 参与新产品开发焊装工艺同步工程的开展、实施；
3、 参与焊装新工艺的提出和引进；
4、 参与新开发产品的工艺性验证、工艺性总结；
5、 编制新产品试制用焊装工艺文件；
6、 参与新产品使用设备技术要求的制定和设备的调试验收；
7、 参与焊装生产线的设计、评审、验收；
8、 具备焊接夹具、工位器具等工装的设计能力，了解焊接工装的评审、调试和验收 ；
9、 了解焊接缺陷的分析和解决方案的制定以及方案的实施；
10、 了解项目管理，了解TS16949和ISO2001质量体系；
Welding engineer
Job description
1. Welding process involved in planning the programming and projects of new products;
2. Welding process involved in expanding and executing the synchronically projects of the exploitation of new products;
3. Involved in the ask and introduction new welding process;
4. The validation and summarization of process of new product development involved;
5. Preparation of documents of welding process to trial-manufacture the new products;
6. involved in making up the new rules of equipment technology and accepting, testing of equipments which use in the new product;
7. involved in designing, evaluating and accepting the welding line;
8. possess the capacity of design the welding fixture and instrument station, etc. understand audit, test and acceptance the assembly of welding tooling equipments;
9. understand how analyze the defect of welding, set down the solutions and execute the projects;
10.understand the project management and the quality system TS16949 and ISO2001;



任职要求：
1、 本科或以上学历，汽车、焊接或相关专业，两年以上汽车主机厂焊接工作经验；
2、 掌握焊装工艺基础知识；
3、 熟练运用UG或CATIA进行焊接工装设计和焊接工艺分析；
4、 良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力
5、 通过英语CET-4，英语或法语书面熟练，日常口语掌握；
Requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, automobile, welding related majors, at least 2 years work experience at automobile motor factory where doing some welding work;
2. master the basic knowledge of welding process;
3. master UG or CATIA to design the tooling equipments of welding and analyze welding process;
4. good sense of teamwork and communication skills;
5. pass CET-4, write commonly in English or in French and master the daily spoken language;
