Advanced Technology Consulting Service Inc. (ATCS) is a multi-national firm with over 100 employees spread across the United States, China, and India. ATCS has consulted large players in the automotive industry on Aftersales Business Strategies and has placed consultants in Fortune 500 companies in several different industries. We are expanding our Beijing operations and are seeking Telematics Junior Consultants to join our team.

Our telematics junior consultants will work directly with ATCS senior project managers and consultants with combined experience of over 30 years. Prospective candidates are expected to assist in overseeing a multi-million dollar project to revamp the telematics strategy of one of the largest automotive firms in China.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze the data and present analysis with inferences and justifications
Collection of data and reporting information from relevant business owners and other stakeholders
Preparation of management reports
Provide operational support to telematics principal consultants
Coordination with various teams for planning and accomplishing assigned tasks
Management and maintenance of knowledge and associated repositories
Interpret business needs and work with relevant teams to translate them into application and operational requirements
People Traits:
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively in English as well as Chinese (written and oral)
Presentable and Personable - good interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, technical resources and subject matter experts
Strong analytical skills - ability to detect data anomalies and data sufficiency
Ability to work in ambiguous environments
Highly motivated and driven individual with the ability to self-manage
Commercially aware and possess strong business acumen
Disciplined and systematic approach to work, with effective planning and organisation skills
Ability to work with matrix teams
Education / Experience:
4 years engineering degree preferred (automotive or electronics or instrumentation preferred)
Full time MBA (finance or business preferred)
Understanding and appreciation of connected car landscape - business and technology is strongly preferred
Experience in publishing content for management consumption is preferred
