DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A leading German optoelectronic sensor manufacturer
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Regional Sales Manager
Travelling:
Frequently travel to visit client
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for Marketing & Sales development in (Shenzhen Shantou, east of Guangdong)
+ Collect, analysis marketing and competitors' info, make sales schedule and target
+ Develop and manage local distributor
+ Project follow-up, establish and maintain long term customer relationship
+ Assist in local exhibition work
Requirements:
+ College or above in electric, mechanical or automation fields
+ More than 5 years experience in factory automation, electronics or instruments and sensors
+ Priority of employ electronic industry and barcode reader application experience
+ Good ability in marketing develop and direct sales
+ Familiar with office software
+ Team player and good communication skill, can work under high press
+ Good reading & writing skill in English
+ Willing to travel frequently
