ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A leading European engineering company providing service for the Automotive and IT industries
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Directly report to EE Manager, dotted line report to Global Project Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for Mechatronics parts:switches, buttons, push button
+ Support and lead the technical local team to develop embedded electronics
+ Define the project task, content and deliverables and time lines
+ Support the customer to manage suppliers
+ Advice on technology and process transfer and train local team
+ Work with Chinese and Westerner teams and will have particular care in all of the activities to bridge cross-cultural gaps with clients and team members
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above at engineering school
+ At least 7 years professional experience in automotive engineering by leading complex projects as expert
+ Communication protocols : CAN and LIN, diagnostics
+ Development/validation of Electronic control Units : Validation system and subsystem
+ Mechanical interference by 3D checks
+ Vehicle architecture, functional approach, expertise in one or more functions
+ V-Cycle process
+ Familiar with specific tools: Design tools for EE architecture, Configuration management, Problem tracking system data base
+ Strong cross culture communication skills
+ Strong leadership and coordination skill
+ Good team player
+ Strong command of English
+ French language skill is preferred
+ Willing to travel throughout ASIA
